1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Leadzalot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Leadzalot Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms form a binding contract between you and Leadzalot Ltd.

2. What the Service does

Leadzalot is a B2B lead generation platform. It searches publicly available business listings, visits business websites using an automated crawler, and uses artificial intelligence to extract contact information including email addresses and owner names. Results are presented to you as a scored, exportable lead list.

The Service is intended for legitimate B2B sales prospecting only. It is not intended for, and must not be used for, contacting consumers or individuals who are not acting in a business capacity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must not share your account with others or allow third parties to use your credits.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Credits and payments

Access to full search results requires credits. Credits are consumed when a search job completes successfully. Partial results from a failed job may still consume credits at our discretion.

New accounts receive 3 free credits. These are non-transferable and expire if the account is deleted.
Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by law.
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By purchasing credits, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We reserve the right to suspend credit sales or change the credit model at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use lead data obtained through the Service only for lawful B2B commercial outreach. Specifically, you must not:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to addresses in your results
Use the data to contact private individuals who are not acting in a business capacity
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data to third parties without our written permission
Use the Service to build a competing lead generation product or dataset
Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or extract data from Leadzalot itself by automated means
Submit search prompts designed to generate leads for harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, including data protection law in your jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of lead data complies with applicable legislation including, but not limited to, the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and any equivalent laws in your country.

7. Data accuracy

Lead data is sourced live from public business listings and third-party websites at the time of your search. We make no warranty that the data is accurate, complete, or up to date. Business contact details change frequently. You should independently verify any data before acting on it.

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on inaccurate or outdated contact information in your results.

8. Intellectual property

All software, algorithms, design, and content comprising the Leadzalot platform are owned by or licensed to Leadzalot Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

Lead data in your search results is sourced from public information. You own the CSV exports you download, subject to the acceptable use restrictions in section 6.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Searches depend on third-party data sources and crawlable websites, which may be unavailable, rate-limited, or inaccessible at any time. Credits are not refunded for searches that return fewer results than expected due to third-party limitations.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadzalot Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused purchased credits will be forfeited on closure except where refunds are required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In the event of termination for breach, no credit refund will be issued.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
